Teen Sheds 115 Pounds by Walking to School, Eating Healthy Michael Watson, 18, was tired of being overweight and feeling tired all the time. After struggling with his weight since he was in elementary school, the Ohio teen decided to make a big change: swapping his normal pizza, pasta and chips for salads, soups and oatmeal, and walking to and from school. Watson's hard work paid off, and all told, he lost 115 pounds. "I just kept going and going," Watson told InsideEdition.com of his amazing transformation.
