BUG: Lissandra ult heals for INSANE amounts when drowsy

Another mystery of league of legends code unveiled.
100 base + 17 from ap = 117
lissandra has basically no health so we just double it = 234
+ revitalize 15.5% = 269
so this would be the maximum heal Liss could get,
but in the video she heals for 755 from 211 to 966.
