Former Police Chief General Kale Kayihura is due to appear before the General court martial on the 11th February, alongside 7 other police officers, to answer to charges of unlawful issuance of guns to unauthorized persons and the illegal repatriation of Rwandan refugees. The charges were read today by the Chairperson of the Court Martial, Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti, after the army court was presented with an amended charge sheet to include the 7 officers who are accused of crimes similar to those for which their former boss had been charged before the same court last year
