U.S. President Donald Trump offered a plan to Democrats on Saturday in an effort to end the government shutdown which includes $5.7 billion for a border wall, but also an extension for DACA recipients.
The plan came as the government shutdown is approaching the one-month mark and federal workers continue to go without pay.
