BINSR REPORT | TIPS FOR SELLERS // Are you thinking, what in the world is a BINSR? Great question! BINSR stands for Buyer’s Inspection Notice and Selller’s Response. This is an Arizona Real Estate Form put together by the Arizona Association of Realtors. This form is used at the end of the 10 day inspection period (also known as the due diligence period), and it facilitates the Buyer’s request for repairs after a home inspection. Essentially this is the Buyer’s request for repairs form. As a Seller you hope that your Buyer makes reasonable requests after a home inspection. In this week’s video, Lindsay will take a look at how you can ensure you, as the Seller, are making the most of the BINSR process.
