This is a complete walkthrough that shows how to achieve 10.61% Game Progress before doing the story missions. The first story mission is called "I luv LC" , and it has already been completed.
A Starter Save is when all side-missions, Seagulls, etc are completed prior to doing the mission 'Angels in America'.
This video is limited to essentials. All of the techniques in this video were created and developed by me.
This is the PC version of GTA IV Episodes from Liberty City.
The official Rockstar patch (1.1.2.0 ) was installed. There are no mods or other upgrades.
NO CHEATS
This is a completely legitimate game.
This version is currently 10.61% complete up the mission "I luv LC"
The mission 'I luv LC' must be completed before saving for the first time, therefore it's the only story mission that's been completed, no others.
Luis has never Died or been Busted.
Anything that can be done prior to ALL of the story missions (after I luv LC) has been completed (excluding PC Achievements).
This was done just to see how many things could be completed immediately after the game began, and before the mission "Angels in America"
Here's a list of what has or will be completed, meaning some of the things on this list may not have been completed in this particular video, but in a later video instead:
The following side-missions / mini-games have been completed:
1) Beat the high-score on CUB3D
2) Beat the computer at a game of Pool
3) Beat the computer at a game of Darts
4) Bowling a perfect game: 300
5) Win at Air Hockey
In addition to all of that:
1) 50 Seagulls exterminated-- All Seagulls killed. LC is a quieter place.
2) Flying underneath the main bridges in the game with a helicopter
3) Collecting a Police Maverick
4) Collecting a Coquette
5) Collecting a Banshee
6) Collecting a Sultan RS
7) Collecting an FIB Buffalo
8) Collecting a Sentinel XS
9) Collecting a Turismo
10) Collecting a Police Enforcer
11) Collecting a NOOSE Patriot
12) Collecting a NOOSE Cruiser
13) Collecting an Infernus
14) Collecting a Comet
15) Collecting a Sultan (4-door)
Plus, some minor things:
1) Use Binoculars
2) Take a picture with a cell phone
3) Ride a taxi cab
4) Hail a taxi cab
5) Spend money on prostitutes
6) Use the Internet
7) Purchase all ring tones
8) Purchase all phone themes
9) Ask all girls out on dates
10) Take a helicopter tour
Hang out with friends:
6) Play Air Hockey with friends
7) Play Darts with friends
8) Go out drinking with friends
9) Go out eating with friends
10) Hang out with friends
11) Play Pool with friends
12) Go to a show with friends
13) Go to a Strip Club with friends
There are no failed missions.
All available Map Icons are shown on the map. This may not seem like much, but I did have to enter each of these locations in order for the icon to appear (except for the carwashes). (Even though the icons are visible, that doesn't mean that all of those places are open for business yet)
