I also suffer from a few other deficiencies which make me crave flour. Like Iron deficiency , Potassium deficiency and Vitamin D2 deficient. I reassure you I am not at all doing these videos to inspire or convince anyone to try using these products in any other way than the way they already use them which would be baking, cooking or creating sauces, gravies, etc.
Please cont. to use them the way you have always used them.
