WORKOUT from Cut. Reload:

Take 45-90sec rest time between each set (:

- 5-10 minute warm-up

- Kettlebell front rack kneel to squat - 4 x 8 reps
- Inverted row on bar - 3 x 12 reps
- Plate clean to overhead - 3 x 10 reps
- Alternating toe-touch side lunges - 2 x 16 total reps
- Double kettlebell swing - 3 x 10 double swings
- Straight legged calf jumps - 3 x 30s
- Single leg plyo hip thrusts - 3 x 10 per side
- Kettlebell single arm row - 2 x 12 per side
- Seated pull-ups - 3 x 8 reps
- Plate pull through planks - 2 x 14 total reps

- 5-10 minute cool down
