As soon as you are old enough to choose between good and evil you are old enough to determine your own destiny. Jesus judges you according to your words and your actions. Every single time that you pick up your phone and you search something up, that is recorded by the angels. The angels take meticulous notes of all of our lives, and then they bring what we did before God each day and they show HIM the things that we did. Those things, God judges in your favor if HE approves of them, or HE judges against you if they were against HIM and His kingdom. Do you think that the things that you are doing are for Jesus Christ? Or do you think they're against HIM?
I want to read to you what Jesus said in Matthew chapter 16, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me." Playing video games and going to ungodly movies and living for entertainment is not denying yourself, it is not picking up your cross to follow Jesus. Jesus said "for whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul. What will a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man will come in the glory of HIS Father with HIS angels, and then HE will reward each according to his works." They don't teach this in church. In church they will tell you how you are saved by grace so that you cannot boast. They say that you will always be a sinner saved by grace. But Jesus says that you will be judged according to your works. He will come with HIS Holy Angels. Those angels record all your conversations, every single time that you look at an ungodly movie or you pick up your phone and search something up that's not godly, all those things are recorded. And all the things that you did will either be judged in your favor, or they will be judged against you. So think about this seriously; are things that you are doing in your life, are they going to be justified by God, will HE say to you "Good and well done My faithful servant, you obeyed Me today, you lead a righteous life, you made disciples, you truly were my disciple."??? Or will Jesus say to you away from Me you commit iniquity, I do not know you, you are living ungodly."
Every single teenager needs to know that their actions matter and they count. Every single word and action is recorded by the angels in heaven and God sees all things. Make sure that your life is clean and that you're right before God, because no impure thing is going to enter heaven. All sinners and all ungodly things will have their end in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone.
Ask Jesus for HIS Holy Spirit. Pray to Him. Don't be like other kids who are in high school, who are listening to ungodly music, who are touching their boyfriend or their girlfriend in impure ways, who are into all the ways of the world and who could care less about the kingdom of God.
Sanctify yourself. Make sure that your robes are Holy and pure and that your clothing is pure before God, that you are as white, holy, pure, righteous, undefiled. Touch nothing that is unclean. Spiritually speaking make sure that you are as clean as snow. If you're dirty you will not enter God's kingdom. May the grace of Jesus be with you.
