Very Dangerous Foggy Approach without ILS! Into Pella Municipal (KPEA)

We are on a very dangerous approaching, into Pella Municipal (KPEA) airport USA, because there is no ILS at the airport. We flying with B737 American Airlines at about 3000ft AGL altitude with a speed of 200 knots.

It is very foggy so we can't see anything and there is no visual contact with the ground.

It is unusual that a B737 lands on Pella Municipal (KPEA) airport. Runway length of the airport is 5400x75 feet. We used autobrake 2 and we stopped exactly at the end of the runway. Airport alt is 884 feet MSL.
