UP 4983 Manifest activates the Emerald Street railroad crossing, Onawa, IA

I followed this Union Pacific mixed freight train down to Onawa after catching them at Bluff Rd. However, they ended up stopping just before the Emerald Street crossing, causing it to activate. The reason why they stopped was because there were some railroad maintenance workers working on the track a mile south of Onawa. I left shortly after recording this crossing.
