This is the talking, animated plush Peter Rabbit that plays peek-a-boo with children. It is designed by Gund, providers of plush dolls since 1898. When Peter’s foot is squeezed, his mouth moves as he says “Hello, my name is Peter Rabbit” and “Can I play Peek-A-Boo with you?” and he raises a red handkerchief he’s holding over his eyes, which comes with a child’s name embroidered with white thread in up to 10 characters.
