So, here's Brooke. I met her at an outdoor yoga class. She is a brilliant artist and has a beautiful family. A very cool human being indeed.

First time chiropractic adjustments are of course always great for video. There's so much to be done. Especially when a person has been dealing with an issue for years, or in this case, 9 years.

Her upper thoracic spine doesn't crack like the more common adjustments seen on youtube. There's one deep thud on the first adjustment and a scary tight crunch that barely audibles on the 2nd. But trust me, they released.

The Atlas Adjustment sent a ripple throughout her entire being. And mine too. I might look calm and composed but I could barely contain my chills. There's no need for a decompression move after an adjustment like that everyone.

L5 on the left and SI on the right were pretty standard. But tastefully crunchy.
