What is error 5C?
This seems to be some sort of ban/block error that is preventing players from playing League of Legends.
It has been reported that using a VPN overides this error.
This signifies that Error 5C is a blocking or banning of your ip address but not of your account.
This may be Riot Games problem or your ip have been legitimately blocked or banned.
Please comment if you know more about this error.
Solution:
The only solution found so far is to use a VPN (see below if you are unsure what a VPN is) and overide the ip ban/block.
This seems to be a Riot Games error and nothing to do with you, so, personally, I would hold tight and wait for this error to clear itself up or contact Riot Games support.
