How to Fit a Type 2 SPD Remote form the Consumer Unit with Correct Conductor Lengths (Crabtree)

How to fit a type 2 SPD and keep the line and earth conductors at 0.5m or less. We fit the SPD remote from the consumer unit proving how hard it is to keep conductors short enough to comply with BS7671. This Crabtree SPD eventually has to be fitted inside the consumers unit to ensure the conductors do not exceed 0.5 of a metre.
