this patient had a partial amputation of the left ring finger tip about a week prior to this video. The tip was sutured in place and patient took antibiotics and pain meds. The day he came to the ER he had spontaneous drainage and bleeding from the wound. On examination, it was clear that there is infection present and that the distal tip has GANGRENE.
