Having heard that there were some excellent dab catches recently I headed down to Hastings Beach on a misty February morning.
Managed 6 dab in the end plus the usual slugs. At one point I couldn't Identify one fish thought it might be a flounder. Hopefully someone can help with this.
Took a while to edit this video but I apologise for some audio issues ill sort these out for the next blog.As a youtube I find that the hardest thing to get right.
Have you caught dabs this year ? They are worth fishing for with bigger specimens eating well.
