Hi this is Paul Kankowski with House Match and today we are talking about multiple property owners plan. This is our plan for owners with 3 or more properties, this plan is awesome!
We give you a ton of the benefits of the platinum and of the gold, for $100 dollars per month, We love our multi-property owners Why do we give multiple property owners such a big discount? Because if you have 5 properties we only have one point of contact for all 5 properties. It does make our job easier and we do love our multiple property owners. You are getting all these for $100 dollars per month, $100 dollars, that's it. 50% leasing fee and $100 dollars lease renewals. Does are the only charges that you will have. What this plan includes is one of the big things that it includes, Is eviction guarantee, If a tenant that we placed, needs to be evicted, We will pay for the eviction up to $1500 dollars, We will pay for lawyers, We will pay for the county fees And all the things that go on with an eviction Up to $1500 dollars that is included. If we pay $1500 dollars that is like us giving you 15 months of free property management. We are that confident with our placement of people that we put your in your home, that we will stand behind it, the next thing is, We will do exterior drive-by, We will do 3 of those exterior inspections a year. What does are is, we drive by the property, we get out, we walk out, we take pictures of the grass, we walk by the door, we make sure we don't hear an illegal pet at the front door because dogs love to bark when walk up to the door, if they have a dog we are gonna make note of it and take care of it, the next thing we do is one interior property assessment each year that's when we go in the property, we take photos, we look under the sink to make sure there are no leaks, we check the smoke detectors, we make sure they don’t pile stuff next to the water heater, we do all that checking your property once a year, all that is included. We also, if an insurance claim happens there is no additional charge for us to deal with the insurance claim, to deal with everything that goes in with the insurance claim. This is something else that we add to our multiple property owners, MLS no charge on listing on MLS, and we offer $300 dollars to other agents to show our property and you are paying nothing, its included with the plan. All your repairs are included.You get a free marketing video. If there is an HOA Violation
That is included, we have someone on our staff that spends over 10 hours a week, just dealing with HOA violation
That can become a real pain. They can become to the point where we have to go and deal with a hearing, all that is included. It is a great plan. It is a great deal
