It's COLD out! With the air temperature (-20℉) being so cold, I take some boiling water outside to see if I can make it freeze instantly!
Overall, it worked well! It's fun to throw hot water into the air and have it turn straight into a vapor and freeze. Some throws were "snowier" than others!
When the hot water quickly spreads out, it gains an exponential surface area and cools instantly!
If you want to try this, please be careful of burns and frost-bite. Be safe, but have fun!
I also tried blowing bubbles to catch them and watch them freeze. Unfortunately, even a slight breeze made that impossible!
