Murungai Keerai Kulambu
This Traditional recipe is very easy to make at
the same time healthy and tasty recipe. Drumstick leaves are rich in iron, vitamins and minerals. This murungai keerai kulambu is accompanied with Ragi Kali and pearl millet Kali .
Ingredients
Drumstick leaves - 3 Handful
Shallots - 120 gm
Garlic - 8 To 10 Pods
Rice - 2 Tbsp
Toor Dhal - 2 Tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Mustard - 1/2 Tsp
Dry red Chillies - 8 No
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 25 ml
