In this video, I demonstrate how to make a faux-fur pompom. The faux fur used in this video is faux Chinchilla fur. Any faux-fur may be used as the procedure is the same, regardless. I purchased this faux-fur at Joann’s Fabrics. You can locate faux fur in the fleece section and is available on the bolt, by the yard. The only other materials needed for this – all available at Joann’s Fabrics, as well – is: heavy-duty thread, sewing needle, tapestry needle, scissors and polyester fill. This pompom is made from a 6-inch diameter circular piece of faux-fur.
