Question of the Day: How similar can trademarks be before you have to worry about being accused of infringement or having a trademark you can’t register?
There is no mathematical equation that will definitively say whether two trademarks are two similar to each other. The standard in the U.S. is whether consumers will be confused about the source and quality of the goods/services.
