Remember that scene from Family Guy with the Cavity Creeps? Through the lens of a surgical microscope, find out how dentists actually fill cavities in baby teeth (or milk teeth) through the art of tooth filling and bonding at extreme magnification. Essentially, you get to see the whole filling procedure through a dentist's eyes. Times ten. Literally.
Baby teeth, also known as milk teeth, often can develop cavities between the teeth, and can require fillings to correct the problem. Decay between the teeth is an important topic in health, and I explore it in other videos on my channel.
In this video, I show you exactly how dentists remove cavities from between baby teeth, and then how they fill them up with white bonded (composite) filling material.
The dental microscope gives you an incredible view of exactly what goes on during a procedure like this.
If you have any questions about baby or milk tooth fillings, or are unclear about anything related to tooth decay or cavities, please let me know in the comments below and I will try my very best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Thanks for watching this procedure video!
