Just a quick video on how Feather of Heaven works.
Its unique passive is called Affliction.
It gives basic attacks extra magic damage based on 40% of magic power.
It's just like Demon Hunter Sword where it gives extra damage for every basic attack.
Not all mage can use Feather of Heaven because its passive is based on doing basic attacks.
With the exception of Zhask, Feather of Heaven needs to be placed in the 4th, 5th of 6th item slot.
It's because all heroes do not gain magic power after levelling up.
A level 1 hero will have the same magic power as a level 15 hero if items/skills are not included.
This means you get very low damage from Affliction if you get this item early in the game.
You need items that can raise magic power to somehow make its damage significant.
