A viewer of the tech tezzan channel is confused and wants to know what area of IT he should specialize in. I lay out the facts, and show/tell him that as someone new with no experience he should get an entry level job first and see how the different people within the IT department, and observe them. Observe ever facet of their job and what it entails and see what you like and don’t like. Also observe what you like to do on the job. As an entry level support person do you like dealing with networking? Are you more concerned with security? Etc. shadow each person and their role and form an opinion from there. I also advise him not to pick/automatically choose a specialization in the beginning and that he should pursue whatever opportunity presents itself in the IT field first. It is all about following the path of least resistance!
