Bouchard wishes followers Happy Valentine’s Day with stunning bikini photo. EUGENIE BOUCHARD has delivered a jaw-drop shot on the year's most romantic day.

The tennis star posted a bikini snap on Instagram alongside the words: "Happy Valentines's Day lovers".

The Canadian has rallied her 1.9million followers to attention in the past with plenty of glamorous photos - and famously dated a fan after losing a Super Bowl bet.

Now Eugenie has granted the wishes of many - by posting a smiling shot sitting on a beach.

One respondent on the 24-year-old's Instagram account joked: "The rest of us should just retire from social media."

World No80 Bouchard was also in touch with 'ordinary' fans two years ago when she flew 20-year-old student John Goehrke to New York for a date.

Goehrke had successfully bet the Canadian that the New England Patriots would pull off a stunning comeback win - eventually triumphing 34-28 in overtime.

Bouchard kept her word and the pair have stayed in touch - with the Canadian tweeting a sofa selfie of the pair next to the words: “Look who came to visit me!”

She even revealed he messaged her before this year's Super Bowl, saying: "What's our bet for today?"

And just last week she was pictured topless in a colourful costume on a Miami beach - showing a slice of orange off the court can be just as effective as a heavy slice on it.

Given that she reached fifth in the world in 2014, it would be probably be a back-handed compliment to say she looks in perfect shape to climb back up the rankings.

And none of her followers would bet against the tangerine-wearing tennis queen peeling back the years.
