Are you aware of the new female Pull-up standards starting this summer? Learn what those are!

Beginning in the summer of 2019, all female OCS candidates will have to meet the new pull-up standard. This includes both OCC and 6 week female candidates. In this video, we talk about what those standards are and how to improve on them. Also, the new maximum score for female pull-ups has changed. Keep this in mind since there is a minimum induction score at OCS (220).
