What is Proof of Funds, When you need it, and How to get POF as a wholesaler

I keep getting asked what Proof of Funds are, so here it is. This is nothing to fear. Sometimes when a new wholesalers is asked to show proof of funds, they get scared and run away from the deal because, the whole reason they are starting wholesaling is because they do not have any money! Well that is totally fine!
