THE HANDCRAFTED URBAN CRASH TINY HOUSE FOR SALE IN TAMPA FLORIDA
The “Urban Crash” tiny house built by Florida State Licensed Contractor, Logan, and his partner, Gretchen, is currently FOR SALE in Tampa, Florida! Check out the tour below!
This 24’ tiny home was built over a ten-month period in 2016 and currently serves as a successful Airbnb rental in the backyard of their Tampa home. The home was designed as a vacation rental and is being sold in rental-ready condition including all linens, pillows, mattresses, furniture, accessories, cookware, etc., while still easily modifiable to be more suitable for long-term living.
I had the pleasure of staying here myself during the St. Pete’s Tiny Home Festival, and I can attest that this truly is a one of a kind tiny home build, with exquisite detail, intimate care and endless thought put into every corner of this work of art. The home was built to exude a very modern and urban feel, and it is definitely an inspiring space to spend some time in.

This 294-sqft tiny home features an open living space with tons of windows brining in natural light throughout the entire space. Upon entering the home, you’ll find a cozy living room area with a custom-built couch and a dining table for 4 people that also serves as a workspace. The kitchen is situated in the center of the home and includes beautiful IKEA cabinets and countertop, a 2-burner True Induction cooktop, stainless steel venting hood, a sink, and a small fridge.
eyond the kitchen lies the bathroom, which includes a glass shower with a rain shower head and exposed copper piping, a sink, and a flush toilet. Above the bathroom is the guest bedroom loft that comfortably sleeps two, and a set of storage stairs leads up to the main bedroom loft that also sleeps two!
his is not your typical run of the mill builder-grade construction that you would get from production-grade firms—this is a piece of functional art! Everything has been designed and hand fabricated specifically for this build, with the exception of the IKEA kitchen cabinets & countertop, which fit perfectly with the urban vibe.
The design, layout, functionality, profitability, & traveler satisfaction have been proven over the 18 months that Logan and Gretchen have shared their tiny home as a short-term rental. Here is what a few of their guests had to say:
