After struggling with the way I look, living with an eating disorder and battling IBS for years; only in the past year or so have I truly learnt how to love my body and be at peace with the way I look.
Being body image obsessed can take such a toll on our mental wellbeing, relationships and entire life, so I've listed some of the top things that I've implemented in order to change my mindset and learn to love my body in the hope it will help you too.
