#Q was on 4chan at that time. Just a basic explanation, they are to give us info.
Those crumbs being dropped are "flags", notices of where to search. But, it's not just the crumbs that are important. It's the research done and the information learned while digging. Each of us who have dug into these crumbs have become more knowledgeable about many topics.

This was strange for me. 100% insulated, ok, that's easy enough to understand. He's not involved in #Q's drops at this point, so, he can't be implicated for the drops or their content. Vital!
It also means that the drops are not going to be politically based or with an agenda to subvert Republicans or Democrats. It's about exposing ALL the guilty parties.
But, the part saying POTUS is not a target of these drops is a curious concept. Early on, I believe people..may have tried to conspire with these drops to try and dig into DJT. Q is saying, that is not going to happen and they are FULLY faithful to the office of the POTUS. It should be noted that proofs have been given later in drops that POTUS does in fact communicate through Q.
There's also been recognition given by POTUS to the Q movement. Individual members have been invited to meet DJT and at times during rallies members have been recognized by POTUS, and he has drawn the letter Q in the air several times. We have learned that Q+ is in fact DJT.
"POTUS will not be addressing nation on any of these issues as people begin to be indicted and must remain neutral for pure optical reasons. To suggest this is the plan is false and should be common sense."
This is one of the MOST important drops from Q. DJT will NOT exploit.
A LOT of Anons have said they can't wait for DJT to announce indictments, arrests, investigations, etc. We must all get that through our heads. He has to remain neutral for a few reasons. It cannot look political or from some sort of bias. It is PURELY law enforcement action.
All those waiting for a public comment by DJT about indictments, arrests, GITMO, etc., should drop that hope right now. It will not happen, at least not during the midst of all of this. The department heads will be the ones to announce cases, if any statements are issued.
Think about what it would look like if DJT came out and said he was going after these people. There would be riots and uproar EVERYWHERE. And, it would give the suspects a platform to cry harassment or say they were political targets by POTUS. That cannot happen!
It's common sense. Do we hear about high profile cases from the investigators or is it the media that pushes it? Think about it this way too...if the public find out about the indictments they'll form their own opinions, one way or the other, and every jury will be tainted.

There has to be rigid secrecy here. That's why POTUS issued the executive order to put SERIOUS punishments out for any and all leakers of classified information.
We've already seen info leaked by James Baker, Adam Schiff and James Comey among others. Those people will be hit with serious sentences if found guilty. Remember when it was outed that Robert Mueller was NOT criminally investigating DJT? Q said that leaker was a traitor! SECRET!
Military Intelligence verses 3 letter agencies. I've already done a thread on this but military secrecy is always seen as paramount to any other organization. Why? Because there's no congressional oversight...which is where most the leaks originate from! Congress = Leaks.
