Ryan "The Cook" was challenged by Heather during a late evening family card game (wine was involved) to see who could make the better Pulled Pork.
Kudos to SimplyHappyFoodie.com for Heather's Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork Instant Pot Recipe -
A Test Of Taste does not get any closer than this, and we have a clear winner!
Grab a sweet Hawaiian Roll, or a potato bun as well as a fork or two, we're doing pulled pork on a Weber Kettle using the Snake Method and putting it up against a recipe for the first time in an Instant Pot.
One will take 14 hours to slow smoke the cook, the other will be done in less than 2 hours...both taste amazing (because Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork is quite Impressive)!
