Mindful Insights - Not Projecting Our Baggage Onto Our Kids (or Other People)

I hope that some of the concepts and lessons I share here resonate with you and help you along your journey, as they have helped me. While facing some of these emotional ideas within yourself can be challenging and a little painful to the ego, it is important for us as the adults to heal ourselves so we don’t damage our children unconsciously.
I hope that my sharing personal experiences with you around these topics helps you to tie these concepts to the way your life is manifesting around you. Bringing yourself into alignment by making the conscious decision to heal yourself and de-program from your conditioned behavior patterns is also a way to break toxic behavior cycles and create a happier, more loving environment for everyone.
Kids are little people with complex lives and experiences just like the rest of us; being aware of this enhances our ability to be compassionate and understanding toward everyone, including ourselves and those we interact with on a daily basis.
