Mike The Refugee Steadily Overcoming Jiggers

We first met a defeated tall man, staggering, unable to put his foot down because of the sourness that came from jigger bites and the swelling and pus. Then we came the second time for follow up, and this is the third time and things are looking up for him. We shall keep helping him until no jigger rests on his skin.
