The unnamed man tried his luck with a blonde woman while being filmed on Top 2000 Live on NPO Radio 2, a Dutch station.
In the cringeworthy clip, he leans in for a kiss as her expression changes from a smile to utter bewilderment.
Pulling away, she closes her eyes and looks disgusted by his attempts to woo her.
Undeterred, he opens his mouth and goes in closer, before shutting it again and smiling at her when he realises she's not going to kiss him.
