M16A4 Iron Sights to 500yds: Practical Accuracy (BCM upper)

One of our GWOT classic U.S. Issued M16A4 clone with military issued iron sights (carry handle) , stepping it out to 500yards.
This same configuration is frequently seen in the hands recruits going though basic training. How effective are those iron sights?
Shot with MagTech 62grain ball ammo.
Parameters: 2x shots per target from 150y to 500y, segmented per 50 yds.
