Insufficient distance when passing Darraweit Guim 31/12/2018

The Driver of XRY216 travelling on Darraweit Valley Rd on the 31/12/2018 clearly takes no notices of the VicRoads suggested passing distance. Way to close even though he could clearly see that there was no oncoming traffic.
Currently, Victoria’s laws require drivers to give people who ride bikes sufficient distance when passing. The VicRoads website suggests “at least one metre, more if you’re traveling over 60km/h.”
