How to Dissolve Gallstones:

You don’t want to do a gallbladder flush if you potentially have gallstones. In this video, Dr. Berg explains the reason why..
Bile is like the detergent that helps you dissolve fats and grease, it helps extract fat soluble vitamins from the food that you eat and the omega 3 fatty acids that are very beneficial for vision, heart, cognitive function, mood, etc.
Gallstones consist of concentrated cholesterol and calcium deposit simply because you don’t have enough bile to keep them dissolved.
Gallstones are caused by a bile deficiency. 90% of the bile is recycled and basically what you do when you do a gallbladder flush is you purged your bile that could end up with you hardly not having any bile. Without bile, the risk for getting stones goes way up and it could take a long time to get the bile back.
What causes Gallstones?
1. High insulin that comes from eating a lot of carbs and sugar.
2. Estrogen – This is why pregnant women have high risk of getting stones, women that are on hormone replacement therapy and birth control pills.
3. High levels of cortisol - Increase stress – because it activates cortisol.
What to Do?
1. Intermittent Fasting – It reduce insulin and gives the digestive system a chance to heal and clear out all the food.
2. Healthy ketogenic diet and NOT low fat diet
3. Bile salts
4. ACV / Fennel - Increase the flow of digestive juices and bile through the liver.
