Chen Lizra's TOP 3 tips for Releasing Stress


High performance achievers and change makers feed of the sometimes-manic pace of their work and responsibilities. It’s only normal that with this kind of intense focus there is a high degree of stress, burnout and even anxiety.
So how can we generate vitality?
Let me show 3 tips of how to change the inner rhythm of the body from addiction to doing to enjoyment.
1. Delay time – soften the timing of going in and out of actions, rather than leaving so sharp.
2.Take pauses – let go of the doing completely – it’s a moment of rest. You’ll need to incorporate breathing for this to really work. When we get stressed, we tend to lock down breathing.
3.Enjoy the middle – don’t be focused just on the end goal, the middle is just as important. Don’t forget, at the end, we all die anyway!
Doing this right will cause endorphins and dopamine to release in your body causing a natural “high” – the antidote to stress.
Then think of how you can bring this to your daily life - Where can you add small pauses or delay actions? Where do you need to breathe more? How can you let go quickly of all the doing to generate a small moment of rest?
