Camp devastated by snowstorm, Syrian refugees depend on the international community

Storm Norma which swept through Lebanon earlier this month has left a devastating effect on the residents, bringing extremely cold temperatures and heavy amounts of snow.
Those most affected are the thousands of displaced Syrians, who are now taking refuge in various camps in the town of Arsal.
