STEP 01: Place JRAZZ Band around thighs, above knees.
STEP 02: Sit on edge of bench or chair, with feet shoulder width a-part.
STEP 03: Slowly push knees out, keeping feet on floor, and leaning slightly forward with upper-body.
This will be a quick motion but it'll have your booty BURNING! Repeat all reps quickly without stopping. That is ONE set.
