This Damaged Runway is from the Rugged Atlas Garage Pro 9000 Model: XH-PRO9000, and I want everyone to understand that we are not blaming the lift, atlas, or the quality of the product, which is excellent. Transportation companies are busy and very seldom have the time to wood *block every auto lift that passes through the busy trucking terminals ( to *block means to use a 4x4 on top of the forklift forks) . The damage that you see here in the photos is a result of a forklift operator stabbing one fork under the lift while attempting to lift the packaged lift with a forklift, rather than stepping down off the machine and pushing the two forks together, and doing it the right way.
Solution to this problem:
Decrease the length of the shipping package to allow the product to ship sideways, or decrease length in order to lower the torque factor created by longer shipments.
