Pernem MLA Babu Ajgaonkar has inspected the houses allotted to rehabilitated families of Mopa Airport project. Recently, 14 families which were shifted to Pernem-Kasarverne had complained about substandard work of their new dwellings. Upon complain, Minister Ajgaonkar visited the families to witness the conditions of the houses. Babu has questioned the concerned officers and engineers about the poor construction. Meanwhile, the contractor is said to be on run.
