I will be celebrating 18th anniversary with Herbalife in March 2019. I am 35 right now and doing Herbalife since 18 years now. More than half of my life. I had joined Herbalife in my 12th Vacation. And since then, this is my career, this is what I do and this is what I know. Actually when you don't quit, climbing the ladder of success is inevitable. But when you make Rs. 20+ lakhs every single month, what gets you out of bed is not your personal goal, it is actually a goal which is much much bigger than YOU! Rakesh & me share a common goal to put India on the global map. You know what, India is the highest producer, infact, we produce the highest number of doctors, engineers & scientists. The world comes to India to recruit Indians because they know that Indians are the most Intelligent, most skilled & they have the best work ethics. There is no doubt that Herbalife India will be number 1 one day.
But that will be because of the population. I remember travelling to different countries for Spectacular, Extravaganza & FPTR. Today we have our own Spectacular, Extravaganza & FPTR. But we have a Goal to have a FPTR where of course our 10,000 Indians will participate but we'll have another 20,000 people coming from around the World to learn from the Indians... how not to just be Number 1 but also how to have the Best Retention, Best Productivity & the Best work ethics.
And this will only happen when we have World Class Standards, when we realise Herbalife Opportunity is a Golden Goose, it's like our Baby... We have to give Herbalife Opportunity to people to understand the Responsibility of our Mission... And we feel so blessed to have an Organisation who understand this Responsibility & this Mission so a Big Thank you to our Team. We would also like to Thank our Mentors... Sameer, Madhavi, David, Amol & our Corporate Team who support us unconditionally.
When I took Network Marketing as a career 18 years back, people didn't support me. Network Marketing was looked down upon. It is still looked down upon. I want Herbalife Nutrition to set World Class Standard for Network Marketing, want Herbalife Nutrition to set World Class Standard for Entrepreneurship... So guys let's not settle... Let's have a Goal Bigger than us... Mark Hughes goal to take Nutrition to every home.
