The General's Daughter Recap Week 5 Part 1
The General's Daughter February 18-20 Episode

Tension rises between Tiago (Tirso Cruz III) and Marcial (Albert Martinez) after Corazon (Eula Valdez) confronted the former regarding Arabelle's death. Seeing the pain Tiago caused his wife, Marcial vows to do whatever it takes to take him down. Rhian (Angel Locsin) then asks Tiago to leave the de Leons’ fundraising event. Later, Amelia (Janice de Belen) sternly reminds Rhian of her mission. Meanwhile, Franco (Paulo Avelino) suspects that Rhian is already getting attached to Ethan (JC de Vera).

After digging deeper into Marcial (Albert Martinez) and Tiago's (Tirso Cruz III) conflict, Rhian (Angel Locsin) returns to Barrio Santo Francisco to clear her thoughts. She then reveals her family background to Isabelle (Maricel Soriano). Despite the threat of bankruptcy, Corazon (Eula Valdez) is determined to keep all branches of Arabella's open. She later finds out that an unexpected person is willing to help her keep her business afloat. Elsewhere, Ivan (Ronnie Alonte) rescues Claire (Loisa Andalio) from being robbed.

After clearing her head in Barrio Santo Francisco, Rhian (Angel Locsin) returns to Command Camp to continue her mission. Tiago (Tirso Cruz III) then tasks her to investigate if the military has any knowledge about Pascal's (Ruben Maria Soriquez) return. Meanwhile, Marcial (Albert Martinez) convinces Corazon (Eula Valdez) not to push through with her business partnership with Tiago. Later, Amelia (Janice de Belen) surprises Corazon and Tiago with her unexpected arrival at Arabella's. Elsewhere, Claire (Loisa Andalio) and Ivan (Ronnie Alonte) talk to each other about their families.
