A possible solution to fix long wait times or not being able to find matches in Black Ops 4 for PC. The goal is to delete cached files that are causing problems with finding matches.

Solution:
Step 1: Close game and Blizzard App
Step 2: search for %programdata% folder
Step 3: Delete the Blizzard Entertainment folder
Step 4: Launch game again
