It's generally assumed that Paul Rudd's Scott Lang - the superhero otherwise known as Ant-Man (and, sometimes, Giant-Man) - is set to play a huge part in this year's highly-anticipated Avengers: Endgame movie.
That being said, the way the movie's first trailer was presented back in December of 2018 seemed to suggest he would emerge late in the movie to save the day, rather than play a huge part in its early scenes.
However, there's a theory that he was actually in several of the earlier scenes in the trailer, but out of shot and hidden from the view of the audience - and this video will explain why and how that theory came to be.
It stems from the fact that Natasha Romanoff seemed to be explaining the Decimation to Bruce Banner and Steve Rogers - two characters who already know about it!
Therefore, it's believed that Scott Lang was out of shot, being updated about the events of Avengess: Infinity War - given that he missed them due to being trapped in the Quantum Realm since the events of Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Moreover, trailers rarely show events in the order they occur in the movies themselves - so Scott Lang's appearance at the end of the trailer was probably a red herring, when it's expected that he'll actually be present from very early in the movie.
