Kevin Spacey appears in court to face sexual assault charge

Kevin Spacey is due to appear in court today charged with groping a teenager on a US island.
The Hollywood actor, 59, is accused of molesting the 18-year-old waiter in a bar in millionaires' playground Nantucket in 2016.
Spacey has said he will plead not guilty when he answers a charge of felony indecent assault and battery today at Nantucket District Court, Massachussets.
