Governor Josphat Nanok says that Lake Turkana can offer Kenya an alternative tourism destination


Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok has said that Lake Turkana is better placed to offer Kenya an alternative tourism destination as a result of unexploited white sandy beaches and Kenya Wildlife Service managed Central Island, National Park.
Mr Nanok said that Marsabit side of the lake is rocky while the Turkana side has 150 Kilometers of white sandy beaches.
