In this video we feature a shipping container home model From Oregon’s PREMIER container home manufacturer Built using two 40 foot Shipping Containers. De Lux Shipping Container is the largest shipping container home model From Oregon’s only container home manufacturer, Relevant Buildings. The De Lux shipping container home by Relevant Buildings truly lives up to its name. The De Lux Container Home model is a 900 sq. ft. built from two 40′ shipping containers that are set 8 feet apart. The center portion connecting the two containers are stick built to support a lofted roof and tall ceilings into one cohesive house. The De Lux is Relevant’s biggest model accommodating 2 bedrooms where the master bedroom has a walk-in closet, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen and living area, a dining room, and a large deck with wrap around porch. The deck is partially covered, giving residents a nice, large outdoor living area. The home has a full-sized l shaped kitchen which holds plenty of cabinet and counter space with stainless steel appliances. The bar seats two, and off to the right of the kitchen is a dining area with built-in seating. The favorite feature in this home is the unique lofted ceiling. It allows room for more windows, enhancing the light and open concept of the home. The ceiling height in the lofted area is 12 to 13 feet, creating vertical space not easily achievable in traditional container homes.
